Rationalwave was founded in 2003 by Mark Rosenblatt after YourMobile.com, the first legal ringtone company in the US, was sold. Mark was part of the founding group of YourMobile as CFO.

Rationalwave has evolved from a long-short equity fund to a combination private / public equity fund.

Mark takes board, advisor, and sometimes operational roles in Rationalwave’s investments.

Over the past ten years Mark also founded, ran, and sold Rationalwave Analytics, a machine learning company.
